Specialization

We specialize in individual, small series production according to the construction / customer documentation, machined welded structures made of thick plates (10-150 mm) of "black" carbon steel.

Welding

Welding is carried out in accordance with ISO 3834-2 standard.

We procure material exclusively from reputable suppliers.

We cut the positions on a CNC machine with dimensions 2000x6000mm; up to 20mm thick with plasma, and for thicker sheets (up to 250mm) we perform gas cutting .

Welding is performed by MIG / MAG process on KEMPPI equipment.

Annealing with printing from the furnace, sandblasting (steel shot in quality With 2 ½) and painting (basic and final 2k Epoxy paint) is done in chambers of dimensions 4500x3000x2500mm.

The maximum weight of the construction is 16t.

Machining

Machining is performed at CNC machining centers:

· 1 x CNC, 6-axis SHW PS2000 machining center with first axis 3000mm

· 2 x CNC, 4-axis TOS drill with first axis 3500mm

· 2 x CNC, 4-axis TOS drill with first axis 1800mm

· 1 x CNC, 3-axis DOOSAN with vertical head and first axis 1800mm

Control

In addition to process control of the geometry of welded assemblies, all assemblies are controlled by controllers certified for visual inspection of welded joints, other types of control (UT, RT, PT, MT…) in accordance with the standard are possible on request.

The final control is performed on CMM measuring machines with the first axis 500, 1600 or 4000 mm, depending on the workpiece dimensions.
