A long time ago UNIOR Components recognized a specific need of its customers and started the production of helical broaching tools, with spiral teeth, but also many other profiles. With helical (spiral) broaching process our customers get:

  • Successful broaching of parts with smaller heights
  • Successful broaching of discontinuous surfaces
  • Significantly calmer and quieter operation of the broaching tool

The most common use of our helical broaching tools is in the defense and automotive industry.
